what is this on my baby back down of neck and chest face ? he is 1 year 3 months old

A. It could be just associated with the rashes on the body which can be due to heat sometimes and sometimes due to weather change also so currently I’m just going to recommend you to apply calamine lotion and please check with your doctor if needed
