what is this ,my baby got this it on face ,back neck,but not in the body ,no fever ,baby is active ,feeding well

Is it difficult to say it to work or possibly be the reason behind it if it does happen suddenly and parts of the body that it is better to get it checked with your doctor to understand because they say we actually cannot find out what could possibly be the reason behind it
