This is just a blister don’t worry about it it is just going to rupture on its own after a while and after that if you want you can apply Tbact ointment on that area I cannot say why this much have happened but this usually happens when a child wears a footwear or something but looking at the age I cannot even say that but it’s just a blister which is going to be sorted after a while
