RashmiMom of a 11 yr 2 m old girl7 months agoA. I think this is swelling due to mosquito bite that is what I can look at it you can apply some ice cube on that area regularly every two or three hours and slowly the swelling is going to settle down so this is going to be good option and if needed then you can consult your doctor
