Sai Prasanthi R LMom of a 11 yr 6 m old boy4 years agoA. Hello dear parent! It is not advisable for you to give gripe water to the baby as few brands contains traces of alcohol. If there is any discomfort in the baby then consult your child’s doctor for evaluation and advice. Continue to breastfeed your baby. Burp the baby after every feed. Good luck and take care,
