You can intiially start with lqiuid consistency foods such as dal, rice water , vegetable soup, fresh fruit juices, once they accept it well you can gradually move to semi solid and mashed foods, such as ragi, suji porridge , kichidi, home made cerealc mix, steamed vegetables, fruits etc
