what is the right diet for baby

A. Dear mum, for 1 year old baby, give homemade balanced diet having variety of food groups. You can give all family foods to your baby the way you prepare at your home. You should give variety of seasonal fruits and vegetables even green leafy vegetables. At least 500 ml of milk every day including milk products like curd, paneer, cheese and breast milk. You can give eggs and non veg foods. Add powdered nuts like almonds, walnuts, cashew nuts to baby’s diet. Add ghee to baby’s food. Give 4 to 5 meals a day and up to one katori every time.
