Dr GhouseGuardian of 3 children3 years agoA. if the baby is already 3 years not having proper speech then baby has to be investigated there can be various reasons neurological examination of the baby is very much important

A Lot of times it could be just that a child is not picking up on its own only or the vocal glands basically I am not available properly as per the age parents give a lot of screen time to the child special in terms of mobile phones then that could also be a very big reason behind it
