PallaviMom of a 7 yr 9 m old girl4 years agoA. hello....Some babies naturally have cheeks that are slightly redder than the rest of their face. The cheeks can also turn red when a baby cries or smiles, due to increased blood flow to the area....but.if the cheeks seem unusually red for a long time, this may indicate a health issue....so better ask ur pediatrician
