Q.

what is the reason of nose bleeding irrespective of summer in small.kids? I'm applying saline spray n nasal cream but issue is not solving....there is a huge amount of blood loss. any suggestions

A. epistaxis is the reason. my son had this. and he has a surgical closure twice still he gets nose bleeding multiple times irrespective of the season. I have tried salon spray salon gels and so many other precautions like avoiding bowling greens or cold weather. I think it is how the veins in the upper skin of the nose has been spreaded and some veins can get easily ruptured upon drying or upon fingering into the nose. please consult the good ENT surgeon because the amount of the nose bleeding was really high in our case and there was significant amount of blood loss.

A. doc is suggesting endoscopy n closure of point from where the blood is coming

A. it is always better to consult doctor immediately as heavy blood flow from nose is not good and you should not ignore such serious issues and visit your pediatrician as soon as possible putting saline water is not the solution to stop bleeding from nose
