what is the reason if urine routine show few very little bacteria but culture is negative

A. in this case it is important to rule out urinary tract infection in the child for which urine refport as well as urine culture needs to be done. kindly give plenty of fluids to drink to fthe child and maintain hygiefne of the urinary area and contact your doctor at the earliest
