it could be overfeeding , force feeding, indigestion , or Infection.
so , please do not force feed or overfeed your child.
give food in small bites.
give Natural probiotics like fresh curd buttermilk etc more which helps to maintain good bacteria in intestine.
keep your child well hydrated.
keep proper gap between meal and snacks time.
