what is the reason for white marks appearing on baby's face? is that it is the symbol of any nutrition deficiency?

Hello ma’am The most common reason is deficiency of calcium but apart from that also there could be certain reasons related to the same so I’m just going to advise you to consult because without proper check up it’s very difficult to advise whether it is due to deficiency of calcium or something else
