A. there could be various reasons baby is not eating enough wirh some common reasons being constipated or may be having worms in stomach or just generally not eating once in a while. all are OK and it's just a phase. nothing to worry. if constipated then give more water and fibrous foods. if deworming needs to be done do only after consulting your pediatrician.
