ExpertDr.Deepinder Kaur DhawanObstetrician and Gynaecologist3 years agoA. due to gastro esophageal reflux. sometimes baby ingests air while feeding that comes out after burping along with milk that went inside baby food pipe after that bubble . this is the reason some babies again start feeding after burp

This is basically stomach reflux which is common with kids at this age and that’s why the spit out a lot of milk in the second reason is that the parents could be over feeding the child by trying to feed the child every two hours as per the doctors instructions so that also can lead to over feeding the childWrite Your Answer Here
