Dr please let me know the reason of my 3 month baby spitting the milk frequently

A. hi it happens because of fast feeding habit ,and due to this air goes inside in stomach which causes it. so , please feed your child on demand don't wait until your child is extremely hungry for feeding. keep your child head slightly elevated while feeding. burp your baby in between and after each feeding.
