what is the reason for often stomach upset in 3years old ???

Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 6 m old boy1 Year agoA. this can occur due to indigestion or some type of food poisoning kindly give easily digestible food for few days like rice dal khichdi curd buttermilk apple banana poha upma and do not give milk to the child. also it is advisable not to give any milk products like outside milk cerelac milk powder cow milk animal milk. you cannot give chocolate and icecream. you cannot give outside food as well as preservative food. avoid giving raw food and also sugary food avoid tea coffee. if required your doctor will add antacids as well as anti colic medicines for your child
