what is the reason for delay in getting her permanent teeth though her milk teeth broke 3 to 4 months back?

A. Hi sometimes kids show a little delay in getting their permanent teeth..there could be a gap of 4-6 months..but if late after that also teeth do not erupt then consult with your nearest Pediatric Dentist.

A. good evening it is fine nothing to worry about it will take some time I would recommend you to just make sure you are given calcium gummies to your child everyday apart from that you have nothing to worry
