what is the ratio of food to be eaten during postpartum as in carbohydrates,proteins ,fat,and fruit?

A. First of all stop thinking food in the form of carbohydrates proteins fats and during post oartum recovery focus on eating a healthy diet like have chapati sabji dal curd and even rice can ge taken and have pulses in your daily diet and nuts seasonal fruits two servings
