Q.

What is the normal weight gain for a baby my boy birth weight is 2.5 kg his weight is 4.7 on 12 dec 4.85 on 15 dec and 5.1 on 18 dec is he gaining weight rapidly? Doctor told that if more weight then there will be problems

A. My baby boy is pre term he is born at 32 weeks 3 days and his birth weight is 2.5kgs and currently he is completely on formula feed today his weight is 5.1 kgs on Friday 4.85kgs and Wednesday 4.7 kgs he is increasing nearly 150 gms per 3 days os that ok?

A. Save the child is taking proper feeding from you and the child is gaining weight with the mothers feeding that you are giving then it is not a problem and the current weight seems quite good and decent enough for the child even looking at the both I would say it’s going good
