what is the normal random blood sugar range (rbs) within 3 hours of eating in pregnancy..mine was 140 is it ok

A. mam it is gestational diabetes. it is advisable to get yourself evaluated by a doctor once. please do not self medicate yourself or take any random diet plan for this as you are pregnant and anything you do will affect the baby.
