what is the most important food in whole day,?? like chapati daal, rice daal..

A. A balanced diet is important to be given like give 3 meals and chapati with sabji or dal dal rice khichdi all these are healthy meals to be given to the child

Dear no one food is most important for child For good health and development It is important that variety of food groups are present in the child’s diet each provide various important nutrients so include grains millets pulses fruits and vegetables green leafy vegetables , Milk and milk products Egg, chicken, fish (if non veg)
