NikithaMom of a 10 yr 10 m old boy4 years agoA. hello you cannot expect much weight gain in the first month and baby birth weight will reduce first and then it starts increasing and if baby is gaining a minimum of 600 grams to 800 grams per month then it is a good weight gain meaning baby is also getting sufficient breast milk
