what is the ideal time for a 4 years to go to bed at night?

A. just make the child sleep at around 9 to 10 p.m. in a proper schedule and a proper comfortable place and further you can seek guidance from your doctor for proper suggestions and follow them accordingly e for the the best benefit and also maintain good hygiene which is helpful it's always important
