Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 8 yr old boy4 years agoA. the height of the child depends upon the genetic patterns as well as the diet the child is taking so meet your doctor who will tell you whether it is within the normal limits according to the height of the parents or not. the doctor will calculate mid parental height and then tell you whether any intervention in the form of supplements is required or not

U Can get to know the ideal height of your child with the birth weight height of your child there is no specific number where I am going to say that the height is going to be the same for every child at the age of one year so please refer to the WHO standards
