babies can get their first milk teeth anytime from 6 months upto the age of 18 months.
you have to keep checking for the signs of teething such as soarness and itching in the gums, excessive drooling of saliva

Gently press your child’s gums with a soft cotton cloth dipped in cold water to reduce teething discomfort. Continue breastfeeding. Use Babyhug teether. Good luck and take care.
