it is better to consult your pediatrician for it.
at home,
keep your child well hydrated
provide natural Probiotics like fresh curd buttermilk etc to your child which helps to maintain good bacteria in intestine
offfer light food like Khichdi,curd rice with roasted jeera powder,upma , fruits etc to your child
but please don't force feed or overfeed your child
maintain good hygiene
