milk and milk products 500ml
sugar 4 tsp
oil 5 tsp
control intake of processed packaged foods.

give high calorie diet which includes green veggies, fresh fruits, nuts, pulses, beans, dairy products etc
you can give one apple or banana a day.
give dates with one tsp ghee daily in morning
give full cream milk with dry fruits powder atleast once in a day.
