as your child is 10 Months old, you can offer variety of food items from different food groups like vegetables, fruit, nuts, pulses, dairy products etc.
so you can prepare homemade cerelac, sheera, rab, porridge, khichdi, soup, dal, etc for your child.
you can offer finger food like boiled potatoes, sweet potatoes, carrots, beetroot, variety of fruits, roasted paneer etc.
but always prefer homemade healthy food.
