In 2 years, there are variety of foods that can be included in baby's diet like chapati with paneer gravy, rice with dal, chicken soup, boiled egg, omelette, besan and beetroot cheela, veg cutlet, chicken and fish curry with rice, stuffed parantha, pan cake, waffle, upma, poha, idli-dosa with sambhar, seasonal fruits, Dalia, mixed vegetable soup, khichdi, milkshakes with dry fruits, etc. Add variety of fluids like water, fresh juices, curd, coconut water and buttermilk alongwith 500-600 ml milk.
