What is the exact number of weeks that the baby is ready to deliver

Usually it is best if you if you deliver somewhere in 39 weeks or somewhere between 38 to 40 weeks which we are very good time because the child is fully ready to come out and the entire body has been formulated all the organs are formed which is why it is a pregnancy of 39 weeks
