NikithaMom of a 10 yr 11 m old boy4 years agoA. hello baby can take feed of around 20 mins to 30 mins on each side and once the baby is full it will stop on its own which should not be a problem and also make sure there is sufficient breast milk nd you can check on the same using Babyhug breastpump
