A. Hello Paracetamol syrup (250 mg in 10ml) this syrup Is for fever, cold, ear ache, stomach ache symptoms. the dosage is 5ml (for higher strength) 2 to 4 times a day As per need. the gap between 2 doses should be 5 to 6 hours.
