What is the dose for deworming medicine for 4 years old boy? Is Zentel 400 given in two doses in 15 days?

Meant to be given in two but the only thing is that you’re supposed to give it in the gap of 14 days not 15 days so it would be good if you give it that way and you can repeat this medicine in the same way after completing the time in the manner which is what is going to be the right way because every six months it’s good to be the child
