Q.

What is the dosage of Lactare capsules ? how many times to be taken in a day ? can you please guide me.

A. my gyno has recommended me 2 capsules thrice a day. and I am taking that without fail but my supply is still not up to the mark. my baby is now 14 days old still not latching properly . pls help me guys

A. Lactare two capsules twice a day

A. hi, these tablets are prescribed as per to milk supply.. normally 2 tablets twice daily are prescribed.. but please do take gynaecological advice in.order to have correct dosage..increase daal intake in your diet.. as pulses are very good for milk supply.. as have 2 glasses of milk daily. take care and eat healthy..

A. If you want to increase your milk supply please consult with your gynecologist and get some medicines prescribed, please do not take any medicine without prescription as every woman's body is different and might require different dosage and all medicines have their own side effects..
