A. A 8 years old child must be fed a nutritious diet full of protein, vitamins and carbohydrates as they are very active during this stage and needs lot of energy. Give 3 main meals and 2-3 times healthy snacks involving ample fluids like water, buttermilk, fresh juice and coconut water. Apart from chapati with paneer gravy, chicken and fish curry with rice, besan cheela, stuffed parantha, milkshakes with dry fruits, oats with nuts and fruits, mixed vegetable soup, dlia, eggs in different forms, etc. give milk and products made from it on daily basis.
