ExpertVandana SharmaNutritionist2 years agoA. Hello mom they can be given semi solid to soft consistency foods ,gradually introduce one food at a time , from various food groups .
you can give dry fruits and nuts egg yolk , fish , rice , roti , dalia , oats , sago , fruits and vegetables , dals etc
