ExpertRamya RamachandranNutritionist4 years agoA. Dear ma’am, you can give one semi solid feed of rice or ragi porridge, boiled and mashed carrot or sweet potato, puréed papaya or banana. Start one new food at a time and continue the same for a few days. Avoid salt, sugar and cow milk till one year
