A. Hello mom, Your baby needs 3 meals and 2 snacks per day. Offer your baby rice, ghee, cereals, while grains, all seasonal fruits and vegetables, egg, lean meat and you can add fish also. Fish contains high in proteins. Offer plenty of water per day. Thank you..

A. Hi Mom, Healthy options includes fresh vegetables and fruits, low fat dairy products ( milk, yogurt, cheeses) or dairy substitues, lean proteins such as beans, chicken, fish, tofu, eggs, and whole grain cereals and bread. Thank you.
