ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician3 years agoA. hi, look it depends on her birth weight, in initial 10 days newborn babies loose 10% of their body weight and cover the lossed weight by end of next 2 weeks.. so can't say without any details.

NikithaMom of 2 children3 years agoA. hello you can expect baby weight gain as baby is just 20 days old and babies birth weight will reduce and then Abby starts gaining and after which if the baby is gaining a minimum of 150 g to 200 g per month then it's a good weight gain and is absolutely nothing to worry
