You just need to maintain proper hygiene by cleaning with normal water and pat it dry with a cloth . try to avoid tissue paper. Try avoid harsh rubbing and scratching. if there is more of frequent discharge, then you should once consult with your doctor

AbhayaMom of a 15 yr 11 m old boy1 Year agoA. Hello there ma’am please do not worry about it too much. You can use normal soap for babies to wash her vagina. Please massage baby with BabyHug coconut oil. Also use Sebamed soap to bathe the baby. Use a good brand moisturiser like BabyHug moisturiser or MamaEarth moisturiser for the baby. Also use a good brand sunscreen lotion for the baby. Thanks and take care
