As the baby is almost a year old you can start giving all the family foods to the baby but without the spices..you can give all the three meals in between snacks supplementing breast milk or formula milk..all the seasonal fruits vegetables dairy products etc to the baby..dal rice khichdi ragi porridge sabzi roti idli dosa parathe oats etc..
