NikithaMom of a 10 yr 9 m old boy4 years agoA. hello you can be giving your child three meals on a day and you should be giving your child home made cerelac in one meal asit would be very healthy and nutritious made of ragi and also khicadi upma rice dal fruits and vegetables puree which all are safe n HEALTHY option
