You can give foods like roti soaked in dal or vegetable, dal rice, khichadi, daliya, pulao, idli, dosa.
Seasonal fruits and vegetables.
Green leafy vegetables.
Eggs and non veg foods.
Add powdered nuts like almonds to baby’s food.
Add ghee to baby’s food.

poha cheela upma suji halwa dosa uthapam idly..
