INstead of using the premixes etc would rather suggest to opt for natural and home made foods,
SO be like dry fruits , nuts & seeds , apart from this also ragi, sattu, fresh fruit milk shakes etc
AbhayaMom of a 15 yr 8 m old boy9 months agoA. Hello there ma’am please do not worry about it too much. Please give eggs and chicken to the baby. Also give chicken soup to the baby. Please give banana shake and ragi porrige to the baby. Please give lots of green vegetables and dairy products and soaked almonds to the baby on daily basis. Please limit soda and juices and high fat foods like chips or biscuits or cakes etc.
