give 3 meals which are substantial including rice, roti , basically cereals, with veggies , dals so proteins are also covered.
then snacks should be again healthy comprising of fruits, variety of recipes. easy to munch on. try finger foods too.

The Deal or the diet that parents are eating regularly is the right kind of diet you should be following for your child also you don’t need to understand that for this old child there is no specific diet plan that you need to follow this also eat everything that is prepared at home
