What is replacement time after losing baby tooth into permanent tooth ?my child lost his one upper tooth in feb still there is no sign of permanent tooth . Please let me know how much generally it will take?

A. Hi usually within a gap of 3- 6 months after shedding of milk teeth, permanent teeth erupts. gently massage the gum pad area with clean finger tip or moist cold cotton cloth
