give 3 meals which are substantial including rice, roti , basically cereals, with veggies , dals so proteins are also covered.
then snacks should be again healthy comprising of fruits, variety of recipes. easy to munch on. try finger foods too.

By 4 years the weight should be anywhere between 15-17 kgs..
If ur baby is active and playful then no need to worry about weight much.
Give healthy and nutritious diet including all the food groups for proper growth and development of the baby.
