A. It's totally normal for babies to gain weight at different rates, especially once they start transitioning to solid foods around 6 months. On average, babies can gain around 1-2 pounds per month during their first year, but again, every baby is unique! As long as your baby is otherwise healthy and meeting developmental milestones, there's usually no cause for concern. If you have any specific concerns or questions, definitely talk with your pediatrician.
