what is lactose intolerance in breastfed babies??how can we understand it?

A. most of the times dis is secondary lactose intolerance in prolonged loose motions the intestinal villi will not be producing lactase enzyme to digest milk it is only temporary once again baby can take milk

A. Its Basically the child is allergic to milk protein which is why your child is probably going to vomit quite a lot even after taking a feed your child will cry and consolable and sometimes it is this that the hotel will keep vomiting after that these are some signs but most of the clarity you can only get with a proper test
